We help people learn how race has distorted their sense of self thru professional development aimed at an anti-racist, psycho-therapeutic-informed approach to organizational change. We ask white folks to confront psycho-social contradictions between intent/impact, activity/outcome, listening/talking, and freedom/colonization.
